The staff are nice but Maintenance team is better. The property clean and neat…. I was in unit 205 and I have to deal with a very thin wall and the cigarettes smoke travel through my unit from next door. I let to staffs know and wrote three letters about dealing with cigarettes travel to my unit and they couldn’t do anything about it…. Smelling the cigarette through next-door is making me feel very uncomfortable….thank god I don’t have any children that have to deal with this. Long story short, when I move out, everything in my unit was nice and clean. I make sure to clean everything and I tired my best not to dirty the carpet and they still charge me the cleaning and damage carpet fee and I don’t even have a pet. It doesn’t matter how much you took care of your carpet, they will charge you for the carpet when you move out.

Staff has been wonderful and super friendly. I have not had any issues with anyone. It is quiet and for the price you cant beat it. I just signed another years lease. I love it here .

Price was alright if you were to add electric, water and trash. Space looks/feels bigger than it actually is. The maintenance was spot on and on top of everything. Had some disappointment in my last walkthrough. They charged me for a few things that were already missing when I first got the apartment (shower rod, carpet spots were their previously, and oven drip pans.). Not a huge deal, just letting y’all know to take good pictures and make sure you can challenge what they are trying to say. Also avoid canceling your lease there is no buy out price to leave. You either give notice and pay until they find someone. Or if you have a co-signer the lease is only transferable to someone you find if they can get a co-signer. Which can leave everyone up a creek if you are not careful.

Great place to live overall! Very close to everything. Had a scorpion issue but it was addressed right away and no longer an issue. They keep the grass areas well kept. Maintenance requests get done quick. They had come in as little as same day. Staff is very friendly. They have a sauna room!! No gym though. They tend to turn off water for plumbing issue quite often but they always let one know at least 1-2 days before by leaving a paper note on your door. Don't see any homeless issue but I suppose it depends near what Building u live in.
