Not so great, pay extra money for a lot of useless features. Pest control doesn’t control pests at all. Rent is way to pricey in my opinion. Gym is only good for cardio. The place is still nice inside the apartment but not for worth it for the area it’s located or the price.

The front off lady, Brenda, was so so helpful when getting my lease taken care of!! She answered all of my billions of questions and was so kind!! She made the process so easy and I’m so grateful!! If you’re looking for a place to live, I definitely recommend talking to her!!

Lived here for half my lease due to a new job opportunity out of state, and they are charging an outrageous lease termination fee! I understand there are penalties involved but paying essentially for 4 months is quite egregious in my opinion. Apartment maintenance was very slow and even had some mold in my toilet that was never cleaned when asked to clean it. 10/10 would not recommend. They never fixed the gate either when it stayed open for over two months straight! Oh and don’t forget about all the taxes and fees they charge to keep the property “clean.” Yeah, pretty crummy place if you ask me.

This is a great place to live if you are looking for a nice spacious floorplan,easy access to any and every store you want right outside your door. Not only is this an excellent place to live, the staff makes you feel right at home, especially Mrs. Beverly Lisenbee who if it were not for her this wouldn't have been as easy to do. The above mentioned review was only a month in and I was honestly saying that because of Mrs. Beverly Lisenbee. But af6er living here for a year and leaving I can honestly say that I will not recommend this place to anyone nor will I be moving back her ever. This place is loud, dirty, broke down and has a strong police and crime presence. My mother's car was vandalized 2x while living here, of course the apartment did nothing. We had constant maintenance issues in which they would either forget the order or would give it a temporary fix that would last a few weeks. The last few months living there we had several open maintenance requests that never got finished until we left as if to make it seem like they were a good choice. The management, I normally didn't interact with the management because I just wanted to pay my lease and leave. Yet it bothered me how low we were on priority when it came to fixing things around the apartment. The management has been very unprofessional and honestly rude in regards to them paying my deposit back. I have been told several different stories about when it's coming to it was never sent at all, I have been gone for almost 2 months and this is something they would never tolerate. You would either need to be on a payment plan( have to be dire circumstances), or you would be evicted all together had payments been almost 2 MONTHS LATE. At this point I feel that it's sad that I have to hound the office over and over and over again to get something that was promised to be returned upon ending the lease. Overall this is an overpriced, dirty, loud and uncomfortable headache. You'd do better living in your car than here.
