After one year of having an apartment here we are renewing our lease. I’m happy to renew it after all the positive changes we have seen. The gate is up to date and working so that ensures lots more safety of our home and vehicles. Maintenance is always quick to jump on the work orders submitted. There’s always yard workers here keeping up the property. Our dumpster area is always taken care of and not overflowing with garbage or household items. They have gotten on the residents for their patios which is nice to not pull up to your home and see couches and things on peoples decks. The office ladies are very sweet and knowledgeable. Over all super pleased to renew our lease.

The office staff and maintenance at Dana Park are very professional. I truly enjoy visiting the office. They are always there to help with my needs. I’m a 4 year resident and have no intentions of moving. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for an inviting, well kept community to live in.

Trasi Reads it All!

If you want to be treated like you matter for the amount of money you pay, Don't come here! They "fixed" my air conditioner 4 times in three weeks! I've had something break almost every other week! I've walked in the front office numerous times and observed the manager (Not Busy) sitting there not answering my calls! They Never answer! Their vendors leave messes in your home & management does nothing about it! I've been here 4 years. My parking space is dangerously Far Far from my unit!! It's a gated community, but Both gates have been broken for over 6 months, so anyone can come in!!!! The only good thing is, these are the most spacious apartments on the street & it's in a lovely area! We pay A LOT To receive so little!! Upgrade & fix the gates!!!!

I moved here in early Jan 2021. I know that isn't alot of time, but felt a positive review was still warranted. The community is very kind and I have had any and all interactions with my neighbors be positive. In regards to the Office Staff, they have all been very attentive to any of my questions or needs, and are always willing to assist me. There have been a few community events also, which I appreciate. Also communication or news has been delivered with enough time and consideration for residents.I just wanted to say thank you to the staff.
