It's not the best place to live, but it's far from the worst place that's for sure!
It's alright, staff is friendly and they try to do community events but not a lot of folks attend. I've had issues with neighbors being too noisy and office hasn't done anything so have called corporate to no avail. Air conditioning broke last year and took a week for them to fix in July & they had no mobile a/c units for me to use as they had been lent out. No discount on rent or offer to pay for hotel. Looking to move but can't find anything decent yet.
For the most part yes, the staff is polite, they have constructed some new amenities, but the complex is old and be forewarned, they charged me for problems that were there long before I lived there when I was leaving
