Should have sorted the reviews to recent before booking this place. One of the worst hotel experiences. Rooms with dust and hair accumulated at corners, non-manageable air-conditioning (will not cool till late night with temp set to 61F) Refrigerator working/ not working is a guess work. Comforters sending out strands in air. Well not again here. Maybe the property is old and need renovation. The breakfast was reasonable but same everyday. Surprisingly still have a good rating still, how come? May have been better earlier.

Checked in and paid in full with my credit card through the Hilton app prior to arrival. Upon arriving at the hotel, Shelbey the front desk “supervisor” stated I still some how owed $50 for my 3 night stay. She proceeded run my debit card for over $400. I did not catch this until I got to my room. When I went back down to the desk she argued that she only ran it for $50. I requested her print out the transactions (a receipt) she refused. Told me there is nothing she can do. So we have paid nearly $800 for a 3 night stay, and not a single bit of empathy or effort given to correct the mistake by the person who caused it. Or was it a mistake???? Check your receipts!!!!

This was the worst experience ever. The only person working at this hotel that was nice and helpful was the lady this morning who was doing the breakfast buffet. They never cleaned our room once and we requested it both nights we stayed here. The shower knob was broken and would move by itself to burning hot after 30 seconds so you had to keep turning it down. The elevator was extremely dirty, public bathrooms were disgusting, hallway to our room had dirty towels and trash out for 2 days. They had no clean towels all day today. No one working seemed to care or really know what they were doing. We were told that they couldn’t give us 3 towels to use because they had a shortage. How is that my problem and you didn’t clean our room and replenish them any of the days/nights we stayed here! This place is an absolute joke, save yourself the frustration and stay anywhere else.

Not impressed. The hotel seemed very outdated. Low light, chipped paint, stains on the tile and shower curtain. Even the evaluator seems dated because only one was working and it was incredibly slow. It was faster to go up/down the stairs than to use the elevator. The bed was comfy however all the lamps in the room still made the room seem dark.
