I never write reviews, but this incident calls for one. Called ahead to ensure this location did HappyReturns and the lady who picked up the phone was very sweet and quickly answered my question politely. Arrived to the office location with my return item, and a young lady name Marilyn helped me at the counter, remembered me calling earlier about the HappyReturn and even danced with me a bit to the upbeat office music. Such a lovely, polite and kind lady. She brightened my day!

there’s an elderly lady who works here and she is so rude and has the absolute worst customer service. if you don’t like your job get a new one honestly don’t put your miserable attitude onto other people. she was helpless and had such a snarky attitude!

Absolute worst and slowest service ever.their email system doesn’t work so if you want to print, better bring it on a usb like one the old days. What a waste of time this place is. Spend 45 min sending a package sometimes.

They’re always rude. Lourdes is sarcastic and rude as well as Marilyn. Never pick up orders. Their excuse is always “I don’t know call corporate.” They literally never know anything and mess everything up. Don’t go here. That’s why I ship UPS.
