I'm very surprised to read all the negative reviews here. Unfortunately I have had to seek care at the clinic several times in the past few months. Twice I was able to register on line, but not the third time. Yes, I had to wait even with an appointment but that's not surprising considering the large number of people that they see each day. Each time the staff was helpful and friendly and the doctors were very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for providing this service.

I have seen two providers at the convenient care clinic. I absolutely loved the last provider I saw, Dr. John. I felt like she went above and beyond for me! She was very kind. Wait times here can be long, but the virtual check in helps.

Before going, we read the reviews and I was prepared to walk into Mordor. I told my wife, that if it gets bad, we will just leave without looking back. We went inside without any online registration. Registered at the front desk, lady was very nice. Then had our vitals done, nurse was super friendly. Then the doctor and the other nurse were also very friendly and nice. The whole thing took a little over an hour.

I had a very good experience here today 12.11.21. I was worried because of the negative reviews so I'm leaving my positive review. I checked in online and when it notified me that I was 30 minutes away from my time I headed to the facility (30 miles away.) Got there and checked in inside, only waited in the lobby for an additional 10 minutes, if that. My 5 mo old was seen by Dr Svendsen. She was absolutely incredible! She quickly diagnosed my daughter's double ear infection, called in a prescription, told me course of treatment and we were on our way. I was in and out with within an hour.
