Overall - trusted brand offering consistent experience at each of their properties. The Good: friendly staff, comfortable bed, trendy decor, gym, bar, swimming pool, and pool table, self-service mini-market, efficient check-in/check-out. The Bad: lack of sound insulation between floors and rooms. Spring loaded doors causes doors to slam shut. Ceiling shakes when upstairs guest walks around. Inadequate room lighting.

I've stayed all over the country for the last year. Most hotels have gone back to some normal practices. Not this one. They have no kitchens open for breakfast or otherwise. If you want some rotting apples, they are available for purchase. The bar wasn't open on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. At that point why even say you have one? They are still only doing room cleaning upon request. Worst of all.... the staff sits around watching TV or on their phones instead of being ready for guest needs. If you ask for something they seem bothered to have to stop talking through their airpods to whomever they are speaking with. One was actually on a couch with a blanket wrapped around themselves when I walked in. At least they were in the lobby instead of in the back like others I had to wait around for. My room was clean so I'll give them that. Otherwise I'll stay at a hotel that actually has some amenities and would have had they notified that they had nothing open.

I always enjoy staying at an Aloft hotel. They’re always modern, clean and have great gyms. This one was no exception. The front desk was friendly and accommodating and the gym was decent. I really dug the extra free weights that went past 50lbs, but the weight machine was broken which was very disappointing.

First time here and since there were some athletic activities in the area, we paid the inflated price of “supply and demand”. No big deal. Room was clean, bed was nice, unique room design. The only bad thing thing that I have to say about this hotel is that our room was not cleaned after the first night. The room wasn’t dirty but it would be really nice to have clean towels left in the room. I stay at Marriott hotels for the most part and this seems to be an issue with most.

Well I have a CDL and drove for a couple years. I don't remember anywhere you could have parked a rig. I would park at a truck stop and uber there. It's a really nice place with restaurants with in walking distance and it would be worth the extra effort.

I dont know that their tubs are any slicker than anyone elses, but i imagine some shampoos and soaps from home might cause that.. The towel in the tub works well to prevent slipping regardless. These are great rooms for sure, and love the live music!
