"Great service and great price." Was my original review. I've been coming here for years and never once had an issue. However this year they forced me to pay them 5 grand claiming I totaled one of the tractors. Everyone Ive spoken with even the Kubota technicians themselves said this was not possible and there is no possible way they were telling me the truth about the damages that were done. They would not even supply me with a parts list of what supposedly needed repaired. In the end they got my five grand but they will never get another Penny from me ever again. I hope the scam they pulled was worth it because I will continue to tell everyone about how shady Alta is until the day I die or they go out of business whichever comes first.
