Room looked and smelled clean. The AC worked great and kept the room nice and cool even in 108 heat. Front desk clerks were friendly and welcoming.

I actually enjoy staying at this hotel so I asked my company to set up a corporate rate there and was appalled that we tried to call many times over two weeks and never got any real service. What an embarrassment. Samantha S is the person who was assigned to us and her follow up is terrible.

The hotel was extremely conscious of being cleanly. The complimentary breakfast is over and above so wonderful the kitchen staff are amazing. The front desk people are really nice and housekeeping helped me with any thing that I needed thing that I was disabled it was a few things. This hotel was so nice I think I could invent a reason to come back! The room was really big and the rolling shower was excellent. It was hard to get to the pool area with a wheelchair without help. The door is heavy. Everywhere else was fine, even ice machine!

Loved our stay here. Hotel and room were clean. During breakfast, signs were placed to say if the table had been disinfected or not. Only complaint was noise from upstairs. We were on the 4th floor and heard the people above us walking around and talking. Also heard cleaning crew's vacuum and their laughter at 8am. Will ask for a top floor room next time. Otherwise, stay was wonderful.
