Fantastic Gym and Kontrol Room...Remote, You can do workouts privately anytime 24 hour gym. The Coaches and Fitness Trainers are very productive and consistent. Really give their clients with valuable training and great results. I should recommend other people to try their Fitness and the gym. Stronger 💪 and Better.

I love this gym it's always so clean and quiet I don't need to worry about a thing they have all the equipment you need plus trainers that want to make you reach your goals. Did I mention that they offer personal training designed to meet your goals plus more I would give more stars if I could 1000000/10

This gym was very nice due to privacy but lacks any machines or proper options to workout. Owner is disrespectful and slimy. This place is very low budget and charges as much as any corporate gym that offers other locations and way more facilities and amenities. They advertise pictures from years ago. Most of the equipment is rusty and the gym all around gives a very unwelcoming and toxic environment. Unfriendly unprofessional, and extremely disrespectful.

The address for AF24 is actually pretty complicated because its not really a building in and of itself the gym is inside a firm building. The best way to get there is by coming in through street road by the fire station and driving around back around the corner from the what seems to be a childrens playground area. The reason it's like this I believe is because most of these firms are tech related obviously, haha. Which they do give discounts to people who work in the complex, since these people who work there can get some physical activity without getting to far from there work. A lot of gyms are taking advantage of this in more developing tech industries. Since it really is a great way to blow off steam after sitting in an office chair all day.
