I've been here twice and every time I go to get service it like the staff is trying to sell me on not getting looked at. "oh we are backed up and its gonna take several hours" and then she gives me that look. I wont be coming back here anymore

I've been there 3 times for oil change. Each time the wait is 3 hours, and every time a different excuse- COVID, shortstaffed, backed up, tire delivery that disrupted service, etc. The package lists vacuuming inside the car, checking and adding fluids, and other things, none of which gets done. Yes, the price is cheaper than other places but the service is horrible

I stopped by for an oil change on Jan 8th 2022 at 12.17pm only to be told by the female tech with the gray hair and glasses that they are not longer taking any vehicles due to shortage of staff, before I arrived i made several calls just to avoid the unknown nobody picked up the phone I saw a couple of technicians around say 4 so you want to tell me that 4 technicians cannot get themselves to change oil and how can you close so early when it is the middle of the day? It has always been something or the other with this place even when they have technicians they will tell you that you have a two or three hour wait just to change oil it is becoming unbearable it is not fair for those of us who can only afford Walmart oil change.

Had a flat tire on my car and I decided to get a quick fix at Walmart while grocery shopping. Used to get my car done here a lot for small things like tire plugs and oil changes. The wait time is insane here though so be ready to waste your day. That is just the beginning though. They didn't put my wheel on right and it was set at a 7 degree angle. I didn't notice because I didn't think to check that they had put the new tire in right. Why should I? Putting a new tire on is something a 12 year old could do! Nope I drive on home and as the week goes by I notice a not too happy noise from the back and see my wheel set at an angle. Are they trying to kill me? That is poor craftsmanship and I will not be taking my car back here for any future work. I would not recommend this Walmart to anyone since there are better ones out there.
