You should arrive early in the morning, some people arrive around 5 AM. You line up in the queue and wait for your turn for the flea market administrators to assign you a spot. I think it's $25 per one parking spot, you can take as many parking spots as you wish but each spot would cost you $25.

I am not sure if the rules have changed but last year you could just show up and pay for a spot.

$25 for the spot, turnout is good. It's hit or miss, try to get there early as possible so you can get a good spot. 5 to 5:30 am.

It's an outdoor flea market. Never know what you'll find there.
