I have been a loyal Ulta customer for close to 10 years but after my experience today at this location, made me not even want to shop here anymore. I had 2 returns, which I left at the front and was greeted by their LP. Who proceeded to follow me in EVERY AISLE in the store. It made me feel so uncomfortable to the point where I didn’t even get what I came In for. I usually spend $200+ especially being a licensed esthetician so I’m constantly buying skincare but I can’t even shop comfortably without being profiled for having tattoos. Your cashier was passive aggressive with me & made the experience even more uncomfortable. I don’t recommend coming to this location unless you want inaccurate information from people who ARENT licensed in skincare & are going to be followed around for having tattoos.

This is probably the worst Ulta I’ve ever been to, the cashiers are rude and the one I got rolled her eyes and gave me attitude, sadly I did not get her name but she was older than the other cashiers.
