This place is a dump. The rooms are dirty, the bathroom is even worse. The curtain wouldn't open. The place is very run down, in need of repair. The breakfast wasn't well stocked. They ran put of cinnamon rolls. The breakfast room was dirty.

I've stayed at this location a total of four times. This last stay would be the last. The wallpaper on the 2nd floor was peeling off badly in the hallways. Our room seem fine until I noticed the toilet was slightly dirty on the inside of the lid. As I pulled the covers from the bed to rest, I noticed that it had stuff on the sheets, plus there was a lot of hair inside the sheets too. It looked like the housekeeper did not put clean sheets. I also checked the second bed and the sheets were dirty too. I did call the front desk and spoke to the assistant manager, Charlene. She was great. She moved us to another room immediatly. We slept fine. I notice the ceiling was also peeling in the seating area where breakfast was served. Even though Charlene was excellent, I don't think I will be staying here any longer. I've stayed at the Downtown location a few times before, so that might be the hotel for us, for now on.

Would not stay here again. Upon check in we were assigned the wrong room. After the first night no one cleaned our room, which was not clean in the first place. No one replaced towels coffee or took trash out. Asked the front desk about this and we’re told we needed to request our room to be cleaned. We requested that our room be cleaned, and the room still was not cleaned the following day. Husband is a Spire Elite member, and we requested a late checkout. All they offered was for checkout at 11:30, only an extra 30 minutes. Would not recommend!

The hotel was clean but is in need of a face lift. My room was in the NW corner, closest to the freeway. The noise from freeway traffic was extremely loud. By 5:30 sleep time was over. The pool area needs some deep cleaning. The breakfast was pretty good. The second morning's breakfast looked very appealing but I couldn't partake. Biscuits and gravel, pancakes, etc. Had it not been for the rooms location in proximity to the freeway I would have rated it 8/10.
