Says I gave 1 star, but if I could, I'd give negative. EVERYTHING needs improvement. Customer service was atrocious. Looking in, everyone was on their phones or playing around. It took 25 minutes just to order after pushing the button. Took another 20 to get my food. A simple corn dog and slushe does not take 20 minutes.There were 16 people waiting either for their food or to order and only a couple employees were actively working. Overall, very disappointed and my corn dog was not worth the $2!!!!!!!

Sonic lured us in with special deals on the app. Password recovery was not working for me (no email link arrived; even checked spam), so I invited my wife to create an account and make our order. All told, we invested about 30 minutes getting to the point of order — and this wasn’t due to any ordering indecision. It’s just a clumsy app. In the end, since the app wouldn’t display prices, we decided to get to Sonic first before checking out. We arrived at the store and tried to check out, but the app bombed. No amount of coercion helped the app do what we needed it to do. So we gave up and decided to go “old school” with the red button. Unfortunately, each call box had a sign taped next to it saying that they’re having audio problems, and that if we simply push the button, a carhop will personally visit us for our order. (The signs were old, suggesting that this is old news, and they have no intention of fixing the problem.) After pushing the button and waiting a very long time, no one came out, so we gave up — strike 2! — and headed to the drive through. The drive-through line took forever as well. (Clearly, they are understaffed.) After the cashier dropped my credit card on the pavement, I worked the gymnastics of opening my door only a few inches (to avoid hitting the transaction booth), and somehow getting my arm out to grab the card. She was apologetic. I understand accidents, that’s fine. But she said this was her second time today dropping cards, so maybe she's overworked, too. Finally, the food came. There was nowhere at Sonic to park, so we drove away to a nearby city park — only to discover, to our horror, as we ate sloppy, greasy food — delicious, btw! — that in our 3-bag, $30 order, they had not provided us a single napkin. We began ordering at 5:35. The drive there took 15 minutes, but we can subtract that out, as that has nothing to do with Sonic. By the time we had food in hand, it was 7:07. This was not a time-saver by any stretch of the imagination. Not a great family outing, either, as the kids were bouncing off the walls and mommy was at wit’s end.

I ordered a single soda using the app. Checked in to stall 13 and waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. The parking lot was empty, no one in drive through. After about 10 minutes I pulled around to the drive up window. There I was "greeted" by the general manager, Tory, who abrasively told me they were very busy. When I pulled up to the window and tried addressing my concern she flat out told me there were other sonics, to go to them. I have mental health issues I'd already been dealing with today. The words that come out of your employees mouths matter. Tory was simply a c#nt for no reason. I realize good help is hard to find right now, but if she really is the GM of this store you need to keep looking. Side note, I've been coming to this sonic fairly frequently for a few years, especially since the app became available. I don't HAVE to spend my money here. Now that I've been invited to stay away, I will.

Honestly, I’m really disappointed in the American Fork sonic right now. Sonic is one of my favorite fast food places. I ordered food for my husband and I and most of what we got was not good. My husbands order was wrong but he didn’t realize until he had taken 2 bites. They said they would replace it, took it back, and then brought it back to us saying they couldn’t replace it because he had eaten half of the burger….. last I checked 2 bites wasn’t half. So that was frustrating. Poor customer service and the lady gave us attitude when returning his wrong burger back to us.

Yes they do but I am not sure for how much exactly

Arrived Sunday at 9:12am. Store was not open although the time listed shows 8am.
