All the staff members were extremely accommodating, endearing, and so friendly. Honestly this is the best hotel experience I've had to date. Kevin is an amazing manager with an amazing staff of employees. They truly helped my family while we were trying to transition to housing. Thank you for going above and beyond for us!

My husband and I requested a pet friendly room for the two of us. We have a small dog and a large dog who sleep on the bed. And they gave us a room with a full bed... for 2 people and 2 dogs... not cool. Not to mention you can hear everything in these rooms. I can't sleep because the people above us have decided to apparently move every piece of furniture in their room.
