Been a loyal customer for 10 years. My glasses were broken due to a car accident and had an appointment at 4:30. I work in the city and called @ 4:20 because my train was stuck in valley stream due to cops being on the train. I called and let them know I'll be running alittle late due to my train being stuck. The lady on the phone then put me on hold for 5 minutes. And then came back on and said make it here in 3 minutes after 4 I won't take you. I said I can't possibly make it in 3 minutes since my train is still stuck and then told me I had to wait till November 10th to get an appointment. It's October 7th. I have to wait a whole month to get glasses? That are completely broken? The customer service was absolutely gross and distasteful, and after 10 years I will NOT be returning. AND the manager Victoria needs a reality check and attitude check because that doesn't fly by me.

Victoria should’ve never been promoted to management her customer service skills absolutely suck. Been a loyal customer for a very long time and never once enjoyed seeing her. After being a loyal customer for how long I will never go there again after today my family of 4 will gladly go somewhere else. And please write back here Victoria your customer service skills suck you’re rude and just extremely distasteful. Nothing you say here will change the fact that you’re rude!!!! ID ADVISE DO NOT GO HERE!
