We needed a trailer to move. Dude told us to wait outside, we were in the hot sun for over 45 minutes with our small child while the dude continued to tell us he would be out in just a few minutes, continued to check other people out. Guy just lost a $10,000 sale, had cash in hand to buy today.

CAUTION: Misleading website descriptions and pictures. I called TNW today spoke to Jason gave him the stock# asked for a price out the door based on the website. Went to my bank got a cashier's check drove to Maple Valley, walked in looked at the trailer the manufacturer Iron Eagle had over torqued and broken most of the screws in the trailer bed side panels. I looked further at the trailer noticed that one of the marker lights had condensation in it and that the trailer did not have the pictured and described spare tire holder. I walked back inside spoke to the entire team they were unwilling to do anything about it but tell me that the website disclaimer covers that. However it does not if you read the details in my picture and their website. It doesn't say anything about not including everything pictured and in the description. This place is ran poorly no customer parking, no receiving area the new trailers were waiting to be unloaded in the driveway. Most trailers inaccessible to look at. Jason was to busy for a discussion to resolve these issues, he was walking and talking all at once while unloading the copy machine. Don't waste your time and money here look elsewhere. Freeway Trailers is a great place to purchase a new trailer I bought this pictured Summit 6X12 today cheaper and better with welded metal sides and many more improvements versus the Iron Eagle offered at TNW.
