I arrived to pick up my vehicle i am a president circle member...my car wasn't ready..I had to.wait and additional 30 minutes for the rep to have the car washed..after driving car 4 miles the brakes were grinding and the engine light came on ...omg!!!.I called hertz back and was told a representative will call me back..it never happened no call...what a waste... .
