I dropped my husbands guitar off the get set up, it was an gift from a friend, and they told me it would be ready on Wednesday. I went Wednesday to pick it up and it hadn’t even been looked at yet. The older gentleman at the counter, who told me Wednesday, said he would call me when it was ready. I told him that isn’t what he said, he said it would be ready Wednesday. The gentleman who was going to do the work came out of the back and told me he only comes in on Fridays, “so why did the gentleman say it would be ready Wednesday?” He apologizes but said it would be ready Friday, but they will call when it is ready so I don’t have to go down for no reason. We tried calling three times and no one picked it, all three times. We had to wait ANOTHER WHOLE WEEK for them to finally call us. I was going out of state and my husband was too made to go down in person because he had promised to do Christmas music for a party at the friend who gave us the guitar and was embarrassed he didn’t have it back yet, he was NOT happy. When I got back in town, I called the store and explained the story and the old man did not care at all. He said it is ready now, but it is over a week later, but he just didn’t care about the inconvenience and when I told him how mad my husband was, no apology for anything. I won’t go here again, which is sad cause it is very local and I like to use small businesses. That old man should not be at the front desk or deal with costumers, it is really bad for that business. Don’t waste your time, unless you don’t care about costumer service.
