Staffs are kind, concern, and professional. Royal treatment is rendered to everyone. One to one therapist helped with every movement. Many machines to help with movement. Pool treatment is the desert after a wonderful meal.

I had never had PT before and was somewhat apprehensive when I first walked into Peak Performance earlier this year. Fortuitously, Laura R. was chosen as my senior therapist. I immediately connected with her during my initial evaluation and was confident she would provide meaningful assistance. She has been a great motivator for me, as she addressed my concerns and provided a comfortable and realistic exercise routine. I have recently completed my therapy at Peak but continue to do these exercises at home. My utmost gratitude to Laura and her team!

Over the past few years, I've been to Peak Performance many times for my ankles and feet issues. Olmer Cruz (pool rehab) and Allison Morello (land PT) both have helped me greatly in the process of healing my injuries and I can't thank them enough!! They are truly amazing and very knowledgeable about any questions you may have. This was the second time working with Olmer and once again the Pool rehab was a great experience. He truly cares about everyone that he sees here and how they are. You can tell that he genuinely wants to see you feel better and finds the best way to make it happen without it being a painful experience. He is also very easy to talk to and loves to play music which makes the whole process a lot easier in the sense of it not being a draining, painful, and or boring process weekly. There was never a week where I dreaded going to physical therapy since I knew it would end up helping me and that I had two of the best Physical Therapists alongside. This was the first time I worked with Allison and she changed how I felt about on-land physical therapy. I originally went to a different place that my doctor recommended but it truly traumatized me and led to more issues since they pushed me past my limit on multiple occasions. I never wanted to do PT on land again but then with Allison, I realized that it isn't always like that. Allison never pushed me past what I thought was my max capacity, she gave me the encouragement to keep going to strengthen my ankles but never forced me to do exercises that caused me even more pain (which is what the other place did). The same goes for Olmer, they both gave me the push I needed and I was able to improve faster than I thought possible. I had a stress fracture which was close to the point of surgery being needed but Olmer was able to thankfully help me prevent that outcome. This time I had the start of Achilles tendonitis, which Olmer and Allison both helped me with to reduce the pain I had been enduring. In both cases, my pain was between an 8 and 10 (being the most) but with the help of everyone involved at peak performance I have very minimal pain from these injuries. I am still working to reach no pain but between the treatment here and the exercises/stretches I've learned, I have seen a significant difference from when I first walked in. I Highly recommend Peak performance to help provide the best care for any injuries !!
