ZERO Stars, these employees have no Integrity, dont even follow their own company policy and have a huge issues with lying. The staff tells me one thing then when i confront them on the information will tell the SUP something different. Today i told them i had COVID symptoms checking into my apt, expected to be turned away but tested first to verify. I was not tested and completed my appt. Then after my appt i spoke to the same blonde women at the front desk to see if i could get tested based off my symptoms and she told me i have to come back as a walk in. I told her i get off at 4pm she said that was fine but never told me a time they closed or when walk in stopped. I check online they close at 5pm. I show up at 440 and was turned away then was passed around and that employee told her sup a different story. Then was told they arent a testing location to go down the street. The policy does bother me the employees lack of honest, integrity and empathy to the patients and the company policy is what bothers me. This is not the first time this type of situation has happen with this office and based off how many times (3) it wont be the last. I love this town but im very disappointed with the medical community.

Worst place ever! I called the day before to make an appointment, they tell me I could just walk in without an app. I walked in the next day, then the receptionist pretty much yells at me and tells me I need an appointment. Rude receptionist needs to learn how to talk to people or get a different job

this goes out to transportation. I have the utmost respect for the two single mothers who get up at 3:30am every day to drive me 80 miles round trip to my treatment center even through the pandemic and unbeilevably tight scheduals they have never left me hanging without a ride. Its been the woman and we know the two Im talking about, who have worked together for all of the patients who ride they are the backbone of this gimmick. I think they deserve a paid vacation with their children to somewhere they could relax and have a much needed family time out. thank you so much for every bit of your life you share to make mine more managable. u 4 reriver

I have been mistreated by two psychiatrist, two people in physical therapy were very rude, and my doctors medical assistant just lied to me for the second time. This is the worst clinic I have ever been too in my life and I've usually lived in small towns. I would recommend you find another clinic. The clinic is poorly ran and full of rude people. If you want to get jacked around and get mistreated this is the clinic for you.
