They were very helpful but turnaround time could be more quickly. Reasonable prices. Would use again.

Dropped off a briefcase that needed the combination lock reset. The owner fixed the briefcase while I waited and charged me a nominal fee. Every time I bring a piece of luggage it is fixed in the within 2 weeks. Very nice people.

TravelPro is not honoring their warranty. I have been waiting 5 years to have a suitcase repaired under warranty. Your better off buying a briggs & riley or just a cheap one from target

Dropped off two Samsonite luggages for warranty repair more than two weeks ago, but never heard anything back even after proactively following up with the owner (Della?). Just like what's mentioned in other reviews, absolutely lack of communcations.

Not sure about the tote but I took a 10 year old Hartman roller suitcase there about 6 months ago to replace a broken handle, and even though the exact handle was no longer available, they arranged to have an upgraded one put in place, re-did the wheels (which I hadn't even realized were wearing down), and fixed the zipper tabs. Overall I had to leave it with them a little more than a week, but it was well worth it!
I suggest you call and speak with them. I think they fix most brands.
Don't know if they repair handbags. They do perform luggage repair on site. Suggest you call owner, Courtney. She is very congenial and will help if she can, I'm sure.
I would take it to Atl Luggage Repair and get their expert advice on what EXACTLY they could do to "make it look better". They have integrity and won't just tell you anything to get your business. If Courtney (owner) thinks she can't help you she will be honest with you. They have " cleaned up" luggage for me and I was completely satisfied. They have also told me when something was beyond repair. Be as specific as possible about what you expect and ask her if they can do it. She will be honest with you. I trust them.
