I would recommend ANY other enterprise location than this one. I rented a car for a week from them about a week after I rented from the Enterprise up the road. I wish I would have realized it was not the same location but they are both on Merrick so it was my mistake. Boy did I pay for this mistake. The week before I had a deposit of $200. When I came to this location they told me the deposit was $300. I was surprised but willing the pay as I had no choice. The salesman politely offered to ask the manager if he would grant the $200 deposit and I agreed. The reaction of the manager was AWFUL. I was so embarrassed, he muffled some curses and threw his hands in the air and loudly said “are you kidding me.” Then once I pulled off the lot I noticed the tire pressure light go on. Rather than go back inside and have to deal with that awful manager I called the service desk and drove all the way to JFK to exchange the car.

I rented a large SUV for a trip to Florida and back. The car ran beautiful, and there were no issues. That was NY to Florida and back. Enjoyed cruising I-81. A bit longer but a nicer drive. Thank You Enterprise.
