CS Flooring did a great job replacing the tile in our bathroom. Their price was reasonable and their workers courteous and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Very poor customer service. Very disappointing. Salesman made more of an effort to be a comedian (wisecracking fool) than to assist us. They were closed on Saturday (normally open on Saturdays), but nobody told us... so, we wasted a trip returning samples. This location is very difficult to access due to its proximity to the freeway (it's actually dangerous). They offered no design assistance nor in home estimates. There are too many other flooring companies offering great products and service to waste your time, effort and $$ at CS. Avoid!

So I made a delivery at CS Flooring and I was verbally assaulted and attacked by one of their employees because I was unable to move a two thousand pound pallet to the back of my trailer by myself. The employees stood outside of my trailer with his hands in his pocket and offered no assistance or ideas of how to take the pallet off. The employees was in in such a rage he began foaming at the mouth and screaming at the top of his lungs. I asked to speak to the manager and a man by the name Sean came out and he was unable to calm the employees down. My experience was horrible I can only imagine what doing business is like the these people.

I hate to be a person that writes bad reviews but this is just too much for me to hold myself back with the poor customer service this company has provided me and my family. In 2015 I hired CS Floors to install all my hardwood flooring and carpeting throughout my entire home. For the most part I was slightly confused when two people came to my project to evaluate the scope of work and provide me an estimate of the costs with the project. For background I'm a homeowner builder that has completed three projects so far over the last 20 years. I am a firefighter by trade but I enjoy doing house projects. Please read all the following information before committing to CS Floors and you will see if you want to continue with this company. In 2015 I had thought that I had made a good choice about choosing CS Floors because they had installed about 1200 square feet of hardwood flooring and I was concerned about the flooring popping and making noises while walking over the floor. CS Floors listened to my concern and talked with their installer and it seemed that my concern was valid. CS Floors got the factory representative to come out and confirm the floors where out of specifications and my hardwood floors needed to be removed and we had to choose a different product. This was upsetting because I was placed in a position of having to wait longer to complete my home. After being upcharged for hardwoods in stock for my project to be completed on time CS Floors completed the install with floors that seemed to be satisfactory. Over the years of having the carpet we had installed I noticed a problem with the carpet having rolls and bumps. I had CS Floors come out and evaluate and they decided upon restretching the carpet. A few years later I called them again and told them the carpet was rolling again and they came out and said that they will restretch the carpet but since I didn't have the carpet professionally cleaned within the time stated in the contract that I would be charged for future repairs. So whatever I decided to hire them again and they charged me just under $400 to have flat carpet again. I am finally to a point when I need the carpet stretched again and CS Floors now wants to try and tell me that the carpet cant be stretched until the factory representative comes out and looks at the carpet. I was told by CS Floors that I would possibly need new carpet because the carpet I bought has since been classified as a batch that wasn't manufactured with proper backing. I'm writing this because CS Floors has wasted endless amounts of my precious time to have floors in my home. I will never choose CS Floors again if I have to work with Al the president of CS Floors. The last two times that I have dealt with Al he has treated me like a child that doesn't know anything. Al is the rudest SOB I have ever been in business with. It seems like he has tried to profit twice from installing two hardwood floors for my home and now trying to profit from having all my carpet removed from my home. Please keep in mind that this level of deception is criminal. He has been able to profit of the factory warranty for my hardwood and now my carpet floors. If you are in a position to ever need floors please choose to never work with Al of CS Floors. Thanks, Kevin

They do but I dont recommend, they yelled at me and I ended up getting a free upgrade. But dont go with cs floors.
