This store has great customer service, knowledge of the products. it’s clean, bright, and inviting. I love it selection of products from pens to furniture. I go there for copying, supplies, and to see what else fun stuff they have out there while strolling through the isle’s. 💕

Went in to have a sticker made. Girl at print counter looked like I was in convincing her by even talking to her. She said I had to go online to have a sticker made. I said, well I kind of need it today, you don't have any sticker paper here? She replied, We have this big sheet, but I can't really print on to it for a single sticker. Instead of being helpful and suggesting that I could buy a pack of their sticker paper off the shelves and she could load that into their printer, she sent me out the door empty handed. If you don't like your job and are going to look miserable doing it, please leave and bring back Zoe! She rocked!

I have a small business and buy a lot of my office supplies from the Office Depot in Gig Harbor. I have also used their copy and shipping services a number of times. I go there primarily because it's convenient. I went in today to send a package. I needed a box and packing tape to seal the box. In the past they have been very helpful with getting stuff packaged up, including taping the boxes shut. Not today. I was told I needed to go find my own box and package my stuff, which was fine, so I went and found a box to purchase. When the guy behind the counter asked if I was going to package my stuff I said I just need to use your packaging tape. He replied by telling me he didn't have any and that I needed to go get my own. I said, you usually have packaging tape here at the counter. He said, I told you, you need to come to the counter with your package ready to go and then I will make your label. He was quite rude. Frustrated, I left without getting my package sent. I don't know if it's because of COVID but that's no reason to treat customers in that manner. I'll use other services to send my package and will think twice about going here when I need office supplies.
