My 5 Stars goes to one of PDQ's Employees at the West Flagler Rest. His name is Lazaro Aguilar, who assisted me today, 9/16/22, with an order I placed thru Uber Eats. Lazaro proceeded with my order as scheduled but the Uber Eats driver never made it with my lunch order. When I called the Rest. Lazaro was very pleasant in assisting me from reviewing my order to calling Uber Eats itself and getting my refund back. I called this absolutely great Customer Service. He helped me from the very beginning to the end. Leaving one customer here happy. Thank you so much Lazaro. Great Job! Btw, love PDQ's Salads!
