My fiancé and I have been looking for apartments in Utah but we had no luck for months. I reached out to alpine meadows and Leonel the assistant community manager really helped us out! Even after hours! We were able to move into our home a week after! Everything has been so great! Leo and all of the staff at alpine are so nice. Would recommend the complex! I give Leo, the staff and the complex a 1000/10🙂

Gave it 3 because when I first moved in things were good. Really only deserves a 2-2.5. Had read the reviews before I moved in and decided to give it a try anyway. Seemed to be going good and then the office staff changed and it's gone down since. You can't get anyone via email or phone. I transferred from a 1bdrm to a 2bdrm with a brand new refrigerator with an ice maker. It has not ever worked. Maintenance came out 3 times to 'fix' the ice maker. It has not ever worked and I got tired of telling them and asking them to fix it. Then got a job transfer and had to move and again, couldn't reach anyone in the office to discuss this. Have had to call the police on a man physically fighting with a woman, drinking in the dog park, neighbors banging on doors at 1, 2 & 4am. Dog waste everywhere. Dog park trash wasn't emptied for over a week. No longer even felt safe here due to some of the recent move in. It has just seemed to go down hill since moving in but I'm leaving the state due to a job transfer and glad to be. I'd REALLY look at the complex and think before moving in

No Worrystone

We've been here for over 3 years. It's really gone down hill. At least once a month we have to call the cops or the front desk because there is public fighting in the courtyard. Also leash laws are not enforced, so if you are trying to be good and walk your dog on a leash, prepare for three other dogs to run up who are not on leash. Also I've never seen so many outdoor tethers for dogs at an apartment complex in my life. Again prepare to have dogs that are tethered run up to you when you are trying to walk your own on the designated sidewalks. Noise ordinance is not enforced, all in all, it was a nice place to start out at, but we are currently in the process of moving out now and would not recommend to friends. 😣

Been a little over a month now, and so far so good! The grounds are well kept, the facilities are fantastic, and I've been very happy with the level of service here. Our apartment was renovated before moving in, and there were a few things that were done kind of... Hastily. We talked to staff and they were here immediately the next day and fixed issues I didn't even think we mentioned! Huge thank you to Brian, super glad I got to meet him and thankful for all the work he did here. That being said, rent is fairly high and I feel like there's been a new fee every week, some of which are tacked onto rent every month. Everyone I've worked with here has been great and the apartment is beautiful and up to date. I hope to be here for a long time!
