Mandatory $10 a monthly parcel locker.. really? Nearly all apartment complexes its free. I also read not each apartment has it's own meter for water? How do you justify charging people for other people's consumption of water usage?

Even though I rarely get packages, the parcel service is worth it. Unless they changed it, it is not mandatory. To be honest, I was not aware that the water was by building vice apartment but in the 18 months I have lived here, I have never been charged extra for water.

I had a problem with both of those as well. The water consumption is a real problem for me. It was more expensive for the month of May then it was the month prior.
