I originally posted a very negative review due to how my husband and I have been treated. Whitley called and kindly spoke to me and tried to come up with a resolution. Raven has been very kind as well to answer questions and concerns whenever they arise. I appreciate Whitley's effort to reach out and listen to my issues and concerns.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Maybe even negative stars for the amount of unnecessary things that have happened to me here. They have no guest parking and I was towed within 30 minutes. What kind of apartment complex doesn't have the proper amount of guest parking for the amount of renters you have living here. It's apauling and quite ludacris.

this complex has not been enjoyable to live in. lost of unnecessary added extra fees, very hard to get a hold of management or get any kind of help. they pretty much leave you in the dark and then charge you fees for stuff you're never informed of. I've also had my car towed twice living here in my own parking lot, my mother's car towed, my boyfriend's car towed and nothing here is worth the price. I don't recommend living here. they've been through 3 management teams in 2.5 years. that's saying something.

I just moved to Sandy from Arizona and I have so far enjoyed my time with Dry Creek. Management is very thorough and friendly and I understood the process. They also made it easy to move-in with their responsiveness. A lot of the reviews made me nervous about towing, however, if I follow the rules that have been clearly explained, I don’t think I will have an issue.

Yes. I can hear my next door neighbors so clearly that I know exactly what episode of The Office they are on and can even laugh at the punch lines with them.
The office people are clueless. They have people kicked off property because they visit friends with their service dog and other tenets let their dogs run loose off least such is against the law. I would call the main company and speak with them
They follow what is outlined in the lease.
