Bought a hat for my son that they just got in for Christmas. He went to put it on and needed to adjust it one notch. Adjusted it and put it back on gently and it broke. The stitching was obviously bad. Didn’t even get a chance to wear it. Took it back and they wouldn’t return it. $37 down the drain and a disappointed kid. Horrible customer service. Definitely will be taking my business somewhere else

Line out the door waited 30 Minutes reach the counter to pay then their handheld device that takes payments was malfunctioning. I was told to swipe and reswipe my card 3 times and was charged 3 times for the same item after I looked at my bank statement. I was hesitant to hand my card over again and had a bad feeling. Such a headache for a hat. Please fix your devices
