Not a good place to live in. Manager instead of solving problems gives attitude and said there’s nothing we can do about it. Because apparently for her to start vibrating at anytime at night my neighbor turns on her bed massage is not disturbing 😳 even when I have to be up at 3:00 am for work. You guys don’t understand my frustration, this is not something that started weeks ago, this has been going on for the longest time, even we had to sleep in the living room for almost 6 months, we call the police, I called the office, I stoped by the office and send emails and still is something that can’t be fix. Manager said she called me and let me know that she was in my apartment and let me know that the noice was less than the washer machine, and thats not true. I asked her to take the time to come in when I’m here in the apartment so she can hear and feel what we feel and she said no, so if she doesn’t want to do her job, who’s going to it ?

I would rate 0 if I could. The parking is absolutely ridiculous. We lived here for 1 year and never got a parking pass while other new movers did. The apartment is nice but not for the price they are asking for. The staff is very rude and never answers your questions and you have to call every day to get noticed. We needed to dispute a few things when we moved out and no one knew how to go about it and we lost our whole deposit and more because no one would help us. Stay far far away.

The people that live here, specifically the old woman dressed up like she was an old queen with her walker, are very rude. Trying to make every excuse to call the police when we were parked in our spot and had the audacity to attack me and call me special needs and “not all there in the head.” To get harassed in the parking lot of where i work is horrible. Especially when we were minding our own business. Axio get your stuff togeather. You have residents harassing people at A building. Very rude and disrespectful to call someone special needs when you just explained you work with the special needs.
