The deposit is anywhere from $400 - $675 based on approved credit. The refundable portion is $125 for apartments and $140 for townhomes.

The application fee is $35 per person. Anyone over the age of 18 must apply.

Yes we require income and credit qualifications as well as a criminal check and previous rental history check. We approve or deny applications as a whole.

Rent is due on the 1st, and we offer a grace period of 3 days. The late fee is 10% of your market rent. We accept checks, money orders, cashiers check, debit in the office, or online with an e-check or credit card.

Yes, we require renter's insurance with $100,000 of liability coverage. Personal content coverage is highly recommended.

Yes we have garages and RV parking

We assign one covered parking stall per apartment. All uncovered parking is available to all registered operational vehicles. Garages are also available for rent. Please contact management if someone is parked in your spot. Guests need to have prior approval from management. No we do not allow recreational vehicles to be parked on the property. We provide snow removal.

There is a lease settlement agreement which requires a 30 -ay notice and additional lease settlement fee of 2x the market rent.

We do not allow subleasing of these apartments or listing on short-term rental sites like Airbnb or VRBO.

The occupancy limits are 2 people per bedroom plus 1 in the living room.

For your convenience, the fitness center is open 24/7 all week.

The clubhouse is typically open Monday - Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 6 PM. Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Sunday: Closed.

We do offer recycling services. We do not have valet trash removal service at this time.

Yes, we have both. Cable is through Direct TV cable services and we offer free internet service through Mereo. Residents can upgrade their internet package to faster speeds if they desire. Contact management for details.

Apartments include extra storage off the balcony or patio. If you need additional storage, we have garages for rent.

Yes, charcoal grills are located in the courtyard for our residents to enjoy.

Yes! We are a pet-friendly community complete with a pet wash station. We allow cats and dogs. 2 pet limit, 65 lbs or under, no breed restrictions. We require a pet deposit and pet rent. Contact us for more information.

For normal maintenance issues, please contact management via phone or submit a service request online in your resident portal. For emergency maintenance call the office number, after hours it will be forwarded to our on-call service.

Yes, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Our communal spaces are free for our residents.

We are 5 minutes from Sandy Expo Center TRAX Station.

We are near I-15 and I-215; it's only about 10 minutes to get on the freeway depending on traffic.

The Canyons School District serves our community. Local public schools include Jordan High School, Mount Jordan Middle School, and Bell View Elementary. Beehive Science and Technology Academy, Montessori of Sandy, and School of Rock are also in the area.

The Shops at South Town, Target, and several other shops and restaurants are just minutes away.

Apartments have connections for full-size washers and dryers. We also have a laundry facility available 24/7 for residents. Rentals are available through appliance warehouse.
