I had an appointment scheduled at 1200. I had to leave work early to accommodate. As of this review, it has been 4 hours and 30 minutes of waiting to be seen. This is my third appointment with them and I haven't been seen by the same doctor. The last appointment had me waiting 3 hours for a 3 minute check up. Today there's only one doctor in.

Arrived around 9:15pm on a Saturday night. The lobby was pretty much empty. There was only one person sitting waiting to be seen. Came in with my ankle the size of a grapefruit. Filled out paperwork. Still waited about an hour to be called back. Got my vitals taken & drug test was performed. I was then put in a room to wait to see the doctor. The doctor took another 40 minutes to come in to see me. He was there less than 3 minutes to ask what I was there for. Nurse came to take me to the X-ray room. The “system” was down. It was explained to me that this happens regularly every Saturday around 9:30pm and lasts all night. I was then taken back to the room to see the doctor and he tells me there’s nothing he can do because he has a “problem “. He was well aware of this “problem” well before he seen me. He then “suggested” I go to the emergency room & come back the next day. I then asked if I could have crutches and the nurse tells me those are for patients who “need” them. I came in for an ankle injury and it was HUGE. I guess I wasn’t a “patient worthy of crutches.” After being there in pain for HOURS I left and went to the emergency room. So much for them being an urgent care. Being that they knew the system was down I could have been sent to the emergency room right away. Terrible patient care from “urgent care” that wasn’t busy at all. I wouldn’t recommend.

The physician & your staff are so nice & very helpful. They have such a welcoming & caring attitude. I went there in the morning (11 am) & was informed it was a 4 hour wait to be seen. There were 15 patients in the waiting room so I left as I have an appointment at 415 pm. I went back at 520 pm after my 415 pm appointment. There were only 5 patients in the waiting area & patients in the designated rooms whom I saw coming out as the 5 patients before me were called. There were 7 patients who came after me. The wait time of 4 hours with 15 patients in the waiting room as mentioned in the morning visit when I first came would not be enough. It could have taken longer if I stayed. I was seen after 4 hours with the 5 patients ahead of me & 3 more in the consultation rooms. My biggest concern is the wait time to be seen for a physical exam - it took 4 hours of waiting !!! It would greatly improve your service if there are 2 healthcare providers in the facility since they are so busy. Your staff are amazing especially Dr. & the medical assistants, they are your jewels !!! They truly made a great impression with their positive attitude.

I have been here twice and I thought it was as stress-free as it could be. I anticipated a long wait (as every doctor/urgent care has). The first day I went in as a walk in with a dog bite injury the staff was very sweet and patient with me. They explained everything they were doing and were very professional. With my follow up appointment I waited longer but the staff were energetic and made me feel comfortable. I appreciate everyone there for taking care of me!
