I liked living here. Cynthia and Kenny were amazing people. Although there are some residents that dont care if they trash the property. I saw multiple times the person across from us on the top floor throwing trash off the balcony. The apartments cant do anything unless you have proof and you can not predict when they will throw trash again. A lot of people do not clean up their dog mess. The thing that sucked most is the day we moved in we found cockroaches in our unit. We were not told about this. Considering housing is horrible these days, we chose to stay because we were lucky enough to get this place after searching for months. Throughout our 3 years of living there, we lived with cockroaches the majority of the time, including during the pandemic. It was not until 3 months before moving out did they get a pest control company that actually got rid of the pests. So we lived without cockroaches just long enough to pack our stuff and go. We threw away about 75% of our things because we did not want to possibly bring the pests with us to our next home. I hope whoever sees this will learn from our mistake to check your whole unit before you move anything in, and I hope in the future, if there is a pest problem, Canyon Crossing will let you future tenants know what is going on.

Love Canyon Crossing at Riverwalk! Cynthia and Casey in the office always go the extra mile and are very friendly. Maintenance works hard to complete repairs in a timely manner. The amenities are top notch and the location is amazing!
