Overall good experience. Towards the end, we had some issues with neighbors smoking in their apartment and making lots of noise. But we loved the proximity up the park, and the overall experience. We never had a problem with our internet, but the required entertainment package was a waste of money. We never used it.

My wife and I lived here for three years and loved it! We wouldn't be moving out if we hadn't been lucky enough to buy a house. The amenities are great, the location is terrific (almost center of the valley), the grounds and buildings are beautiful, and the units have nice finishes and great layouts. The only reason for my four stars instead of five is because, once Alicia and Brooke left, the office staff have not been very friendly and very much lack in customer service.

Been here a month and no complaints. Its a quiet enough, working class neighborhood that is respectful. Well maintained grounds and buildings. Staff is beyond helpful, yuliya really sold it for me and has continued to be so helpful and friendly.

The application process to getting the keys was a very easy process. The staff is very friendly. It would have been a 5 star but the directions for setting up dish network is wrong. I understand that Riverwalk doesn’t want anything to do with setting it up, but if residents pay them for the service, please coordinate with dish. It was an awful experience. Plus they were honest in that residents are being overcharged for the service. On top of that we have to purchase our own modem.

Just moved in yesterday. Apartment is nice, community is nice, but no utilities are included with rent. You have to get a media package that includes dish network and a high-speed internet connection. You also have to setup gas and electric in your name and pay a variable rate for water/sewer/waste on top of rent. It's pretty standard for apartments around here though so I expected it.

Two bedroom apartments start at $1269 here. They have move-in specials monthly though so you could contact the office and see what those are.

Not entirely sure, but the lease agreement says something about $50 if the garage remote isn't returned upon moving out. I'd recommend calling the office and asking them. Sanela and Brooke are very helpful.
