We lived at Union Meadows for 2 years and loved it! It’s in a great location with easy access to freeways, food, and stores. The complex is quiet and parking was always easy to find. The management was friendly and helpful. Having a pool and pickleball court was so fun too! Would definitely recommend living here.

I lived here fo several years and it was a great place to live. A fun smaller community where I knew my neighbors and people looked after each other. The management is great. The apartments are large and well kept. I have never lived in a more convenient location. I would definitely recommend this complex.

My car had been forcibly broken into multiple times in the span of 2 years. My roommates cars have also been broken into with no word or help from management- as expected but it doesn’t send a very “welcoming” message to new tenants. They also make a huge deal about NO animals on the property when I’ve seen tenants walking around the grounds without their dogs on leashes. They also have large dogs on the property as well. I’m pretty sure even the management that lives on the property has either a dog or a dog that visits frequently. They send very vague and passive aggressive emails but give no details. Especially when one of these animals in question was a service animal. Cynthia also stated having animals stay overnight wasn’t a big deal, we would just need to sign a form stating the animal was staying for longer than 3 days- which again is understandable. What Cynthia said vs what was written in the lease was very different. I guess you have to record all things these days? I’ve loved the complex and the price is reasonable to a point. The units themselves need to be updated more. They just paint over everything in the same shade inside and out. And the carpet and floor is very cheap. But overall a decently priced and quiet place to live. Just be prepared for your car to get damages and broken into.
