Employee working the drive through today around 4pm shift should not be in customer service. Employee is rude and disrespectful with the attitude when greeting to take an order. I called the location to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager and you could here employees joking around in the background. I don’t recommend this location as it is clear the franchise owner I’m sure doesn’t follow Dunkin’ Donuts franchise standards. Employees of this franchise location clearly show this.

My favorite Dunkin! The staff is quick and friendly, been coming here for about a year and they NEVER fail with the coffee. Always great 👍🏼

Kayla was amazing! My mom’s $2.00 flew out the window before my mom could grab it. Kayla instantly jumped out of the drive through window to retrieve my mother’s change. A+ customer service!
