I will start by saying. *Do not live here.* This is a warning to anyone who might be tempted and I'm not here to make this review out of emotion, but experience. Let me give you some real and specific tangible reasons why to run for the hills and steer clear of this place. 1: This place will try to scam you out of so much money at every turn, I couldn't believe it. They deliberately attempted to break lease agreement and force us to pay 2 extra months of rent at +900$ the normal cost after we tried to vacate and AFTER we properly gave our 60 day notice to vacate and terminate lease. I'm a pretty understandable and logical guy, this blew me away. I could not understand where they thought this was even remotely okay. They only backed down after I threatened to take serious action replying to them with their demands. They charge 300 if not more for late rent and are generally NOT flexible with any of their business practices. They do not care for the common life issues we all face and have faced during covid. And are completely non sympathetic. 2: They raised rent by 350$ since we moved in on 2020. During the covid crisis. This was downright immoral and it goes to show how little they care about their tenants. 3: Robbery and car breakins are commonplace. All the managers told me to do was deal with it and lock the car. I'm not coming up with that. 4:Horrible communication. Lack of urgency when its not their money on the line. We asked them to update our phone number and they did not do so, then came to us 60 days later saying how they couldn't contact us, so they had to charge us a crazy fee, we had to fight them and prove that we sent a phone change request and they messed up. TLDR: Please don't make my mistake. They have bad reviews for a good reason. They took a picture of me and my fiance walking our offleash service dog, and posted it on our door like creeps, demanding we pay for not leasing my dog who was professionally trained for my disability. Don't be fooled if they make some "We're sorry we weren't a good fit for you :(" comments on this post. They do not actually care.

If I could give this place zero stars I would been here almost 2 years now the first year was great. Now this year is horrible been asking for a garage for ever because 1 the rats out side eat through your wiring on your cars 2 had tires slashed and now a rock thrown threw my car window you call the office and they do nothing about it. I have spent over 2 grand just to keep my car running from living in this apartment complex
