We’ve lived here for several years and have been so impressed with the prompt resolution and also sincere concern regarding any and all issues. There is a level of humanity and appreciation of all of the residents that you just dont find in other rental communities. Cassie and her team truly make this community a community, and a home. I applied to move in to these apartments, me and my husband paid for the application and got approved, changed the services to get ready to move in, and get the money order. But when it came to sign the papers they denied us because one of …We are so sorry and apologize for the miscommunication. In the application process it states that we need a valid Id and unfortunately we can not accept expired Id's. I know our manager was trying very hard to get the Id given approved and was making a phone call to get the ok. This has defiantly made us more aware to go over the Id's we do accept. We are sorry and understand your frustration and hope you understand that we would much rather have a happy customer than a upset one. Thank you Chadds Ford Management
