If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. My fiancée and I have lived here for 10 months. In those 10 months we have lived without cabinets for a month, because renovations were behind. The A/C has gone out twice, in one case it took over two weeks to repair the unit, in August. Water has leaked from the ceiling three different times, and not drips, gallons. The most recent event which finally caused me to write a review is that our upstairs neighbor's toilet overflowed and leaked though our vent fan into our bathroom. Dirty used toilet water. It was brown. Now there is no emergency maintenance number to contact. All of that while paying over $1700 after all of the nickel and diming fees like being forced to pay $25 for someone to pick up your trash off your step which only happens 1/5 times that you put it out. This place is a nightmare. I could go on.

Pepper is a great lanlord maneger she always helps when you need it and to get closer to the residents she threw a taco party free of charge for all residents to enjoy. In conclusion she is a amazing lanlord.

I’ve been a vendor for this property for several years and have seen different management company’s take over park station and by far avenue 5 has been the best I’ve seen , Ruby the manager is great to work with always makes herself available and is very understanding .

With the market the way it is right now my boyfriend and I felt lucky we got approved so quickly for this place. That being said, we should have stayed where we were at before. We are paying 1200$ a month for rent, parking and water. We have had people park in our designated parking spot that we pay for, we chose an unrenovated apartment because the price for a tiny apartment was outrageously high as is, the “ nicer” amenities didn’t seem worth the extra 200/300$ a month on top of 1200 for an older unit. The Linoleum is lifting everywhere. Our towel hanger, and hand towel hanger broke off immediately, and the bathroom sink faucet moves off of the counter. I have a child and I have been finding pills in the carpets, bathroom and nicely secured under the lifting linoleum where my child could easily find. They did not clean this place before moving us in. Oh get this, we’re not even at the good part. I have been here a month and and 9 days and we haven’t had hot water the entire time we have lived here. We were placed on a work order waiting for help, until my boyfriend called and they bumped us up. The maintenance has no idea what they’re doing. They have been here 4 times and sent a separate plumber, and still we don’t have hot water. Please, even if you’re desperate for a place this place is NOT the place for you. The maintenance men are tweedle dee and tweedle dum. They have no clue what they’re doing. Plus there’s only two of them and they’re brothers. They specifically told me they don’t understand how to work an electric water heater when literally all of the units are being replaced with electric water heaters. I’d give zero stars if it was an option, I heavily regret moving here, still praying that soon we will have hot water for my hard working boyfriend, myself and our four year old daughter. Begging really.
