Does anyone work in the Cobble Creek Apartment office anymore? We have been calling for a week and just went down where there was a sign on the office window that there are staffing issues so nobody is actively working. We are have extra charges on our rent for a 3rd time which need to be removed but have no access to any person who works at the company. The cobble office is empty, called maxx properties, then called the regional office with no one able to help us; this is absolutely insane. On top of the rent issues, the hot tub has been closed by the SLC health department, the gym equipment is so old it looks unsafe, the sauna is used as a closet, activity room has been closed the entire time we have lived here, the volleyball court does not have a net, the dog park has never been updated, the gate is broken, the car wash has been off for over a year; so I have zero idea what the amenity fee is for.

I have been trying to get my $200 hold fee back from the corporate office Christopher and Michelle for 4 months now this is the second time that they have kept my $200 hold fee and they keep saying the check is in the mail the check is in the mail I'll email you I'll email you and they never do. And they say that they treat everybody the same well I can't begin to imagine that if this is how they treat everybody that they would have anybody renting from them.
