This place looks good online but living there was the worst experience ever. I lived there for close to 2 years and I was there when the fire happened. Aside from how horrible that was the people that live there were just as horrible. A few neighbors were amazing! However every weekend soemthing was going on. Police, ambulance and the firefighters would constantly come. Countless times I’ve witnessed fights happening here. Once was with a man hitting a child!! The old management was horrible at helping residents. I had problems with bed bugs and leaks. The bathroom was the biggest leaking problem and for a year I had waited for maintenance to fix my ceiling. (Moved out and still never got fixed) The new management tried to make things better.. well more like cover things up. But I definitely felt like they picked and chose what residents they favored and helped. Rent there is also ridiculous for how horrible it looks outside. They have a pool but rarely it was open. The laundry site would steal money and the management would do much about it. I’ve found underwear and countless needles around the apartment complex and this was a place that pets lived. There’s a section near a dumpster that people leave mattresses and you could see the bed bugs crawling One side of the building also had a plumbing problem and there was literal human poop chillin there for months. Three times I’ve had people try barging into my apartment and The widows could easily be broken into. . Definitely not safe here. Save yourself the money and stress and don’t live here.

Since moving in April 2021, my apartment ceiling leaked in my closet and ruined many clothes. Many companies have taken over this building and I always complained about this to each owner and nothing was done. Homeless break into apartments and elevators are always out of service. Convenient place to downtown. Hope others have a better experience. Also, washer and dryers always out of service

This property looks really nice on line but in real life it is filthy. The on line photos are very deceiving. *Out of state prospective residents DO NOT rent until you have done an in person walk through. They must not want new residents or to keep their current ones. When I visited the walkways were disgusting. The valet trash is left way too long and have left stains on the concrete. The front keyed door was being held open by an empty jar of hair gel, anyone can walk in off the street. This area has many homeless who hang around outside the entrance. The stairways had empty food packing and small discarded items everywhere. It smells like some of the homeless may be using the stairway for a restroom.This apartment community has potential but as it is, it is an eye sore to say the least.
