I had a here for the past year and it is a wonderful place to live. I’ve only ever had great interaction with the management and other tenets. The building feels safe and secure, and the location is awesome if you want to be downtown.

This place has been me and my sons saving grace. The nicest place we have lived in by far. If I have maintenance issues they are resolved almost instantly. The staff and neighbors are great. The building is super secure. They have an expectation of cleanliness and respect that I admire. Also have some income restricted units when available which is super nice and the application process is super easy and fast

My husband and I lived here at North Sixth for a total 2.5 years and it was great! We loved the downtown feel, and our neighbors were so nice! Kim from the office was always so helpful. We always felt like we could talk to her about any concern we had! She is great! Highly recommend.

I am not quite sure but i think some units in the complex are low income and might start in the $700s but there is not a lot of them that might be why they gave you a different amswer. The regular market price for the units start in the 1000s.
Our electric bill ranges between $30 in the winter and $100 in the summer. The gas bill is between $10 and $30. There are washer/dryer hookups in the apt, and you rent the machines for $25/month.
The allow pets for a 300 deposit and a $30-35 pet rent. Unless you have a service dog or ESA. Deposit was 900 but they might ask you to pay more mine ended up being 1300. One bedroom is 975 two bedroom is 1595
