Not enough parking space, I ended up parking in front of the building and received a parking ticket twice. Edited: Kiki, the property manager was very helpful and assisted me to get a spot.

Love the place! The manager “Kiki” is amazing! Always friendly and willing to help! Goes above and beyond! Thank you!

The community manager Has a major attitude, but they do get repairs done quickly. Sometimes not quick enough though especially if it’s Bc of toilet issue. Sometimes repairs are a disaster though. But at least I can say there’s no roaches or mice even on first floor. It is sketchy and there’s always odd smell, but it’s functional enough to live in. Better to live in a solo apartment here as walls are a bit thin but only internally, not much cross apartment. I would live here again.

I’ve been living here two years and just renewed my lease for another year. Love how close we are to everything downtown and the freeways. I’ve had to get a new dishwasher in the unit as well as some basic items getting replaced and they’ve always got it done really quick. The office manager is super nice and easy to talk to. If you’re looking for a place and there are rooms availabile, I’d definitely recommend this one.
