As a resident here for a little over two years I'd gladly give a five star review if only we had a reliable working elevator. Everything else about this place far exceeds any other low income housing property I've seen or lived at, management is incredibly friendly and accommodating ...but Cowboy Properties evidently doesn't care enough about accessibility to keep an elevator working for more than a week without breaking down. I'm told it's just replacement parts that keep breaking but I've lived in enough places that were far older and more run down that at least gave their residents with wheelchairs a reliable way to leave their apartments. I'm totally blind so I can take the stairs from my fifth floor studio when I need to...but if that's not an option for you look elsewhere! If this was about cleanliness I'd give five stars. If it was about friendly management I'd also give five stars. Heck, if Cowboy Properties decide to take this seriously and stop cheaping out on elevator repairs every other week I'd also give five stars! Let your disabled residents have a basic working elevator for at least a month, long enough to prove you actually made a quality repair for once, and I'll gladly change my review.

Ignore Kitty Cather's 2 star response. He is a troll who just claims discrimination on all 4 of his reviews. Maybe he is mentally unstable, but either way just ignore his review. Its not true

When I moved in I found the tub had been busted with a hammer. They refused to fix it. So I fixed it. My air broke, it was never fixed. senior, crippled, disabled discrimination

The staff here is fantastic! Akia, Anahi, and Jerzy have been very kind, and thoughtful. They truly want the best for their residents. I moved in almost 2 weeks ago and so far no complaints everything works great! I'm glad I have found this place and get to be a part of this community.

It's section 42 income based. Waiting list varies on the size of studio that you're wanting.. if approved.

Yes, a service or companion animal. They have a form a doctor has to sign and another one so they have the animals description in their records.
