I’ve lived at 2550 S. Main St. Apartments for a little over a year now and I can’t say enough good things! Casey does an amazing job at keeping the property running smoothly. The grounds are always well-kept and any maintenance requests I’ve made have been addressed very quickly! I’m thrilled to continue to be a part of this community! I would highly recommend living here.

I have had nothing but a positive experience - my apartment was in great shape when I moved in and any very minor repair requests were taken care of quickly. The property manager, Casey, is always very friendly and helpful including throughout the leasing process.

Dirty on move-in, unkept community, terrible lease terms, and the amenities and gates are always broken. Their response to this review is an outright lie. The front gate is still wide open after being broken for over a month. Maintenance provides no notice or communication even when my water has been off for days. They pay for good google reviews.

I recently stopped by to look at a one bedroom and was very impressed! The apartments are large and nice, which has been very hard to find. When I was walking around the community I met Chad, the maintenance supervisor, and he made my experience even better. He’s very friendly and shows that he actually cares about the community and the tenants. I will definitely be coming back when my current lease is up.

I am not a lawyer, I am speaking from my own experience. Landlords are required by law to accept service animals with no pet rent or additional deposit. You are not required to inform them of having a service animal during your application, either. Once you have been accepted, you should provide the landlord with a letter from your healthcare provider stating the necessity of the animal and fill out any paperwork they require. You can get legal advice from the Disability Law Center; I understand they also help with rental/lease law, regardless of disability status.
They're okay. But you can hear your neighbors if they play music or talk loud. We have noisy upstairs neighbors and it's been a nightmare.
They don't offer studios, but 1 bedrooms likely start close to $1200. If you want accurate pricing I would reach out to management.
Depends on the floorplan and when you're looking to move. Have you talked to the property manager, Jill?
