I have lived here for almost two months and I have so many work orders still open. My apartment was NOT move in ready. The cleaners didn't do a good job. They didn't even get between the stove and counter and since I have a smaller stove, there's a few inch gap between. There is a pile of grease and nastiness. The cabinet above the stove was hanging off its hinges. My kitchen sink is not tightened and feels like it's going to fall at any moment. Their excuse about that was "the faucet is too big" I submitted a maintenance request to either change the faucet or make it work. I have five open work orders since July 11 and nothing has been done. My dishwasher doesn't work. It took them a month to put a lightbulb in my kitchen and it took 15 days to check a leak from my AC and it is still leaking. I told them that and they haven't been back. The only work order they actually were quick about was a flooring issue and they had to call a vendor. I wrote an email to the manager about these issues and asking for notes whenever maintenance comes in and I got no reply from her. I have been in Property Management for 8 years and I've lived at multiple apartments, this is not good customer service or good management. I wasn't going to write a review, but maybe this will get their attention? Hopefully?

I’ve lived here for 5 years. There have been ups and downs but I will say the management and maintenance people they have now are great. The office is fairly responsive to messages. The maintenance people are awesome! The landscaping is nice. Love the mature trees. The only issue I have is the bugs. There are wood bugs or tree bugs that come during the summer and they’re impossible to get rid of. They invade my apartment from the front and back - mostly the bedroom - and while they’re not harmful, they’re just awful to deal with. I had literally hundreds of them covering my back door, window, and ceiling last year. I’ve only had this problem for the last 2 years. I’m told to use Dawn dish soap to help keep them away (doesn’t work). There’s no place to work out. They only open the exercise room when the office is open, but that’s not a problem because the equipment is broken. Every. Single. Piece. It’s old, outdated, and broken. If you’re looking for a place that includes a fitness center, keep looking! So ultimately, this is a good complex. I’ve always felt safe here. But if you’re scared of bugs (like me), beware.

We lived in this place for a year and a half when it used to be named eagle landing. The rent was more expensive than in other places close to downtown. The living there was not bad and the staff replied to our request quickly. The swimming pool and hot tub are always full. The hot tub was closed by the health department most of the time. However, when we decided to leave, the staff wanted to charge us for damage that existed in the apartment before we moved in. Fortunately, I took some pictures of the damage when we moved in. They stopped asking us for the money when I threaten to sue them. However, they took our $150 deposit money. I will never think about living there again.

Reliable people. Easy to communicate with. They answered all my questions and helped me with every news or want I had. Definitely have already recommended ashford to my friends who are also looking for a place to live

Last month I was told $250 pet deposit, $35 cleaning fee, and $25 every month as well. But if you have a service animal from what I understand the fees are waved, cuz it's no longer considered a pet.
Just go during office hours.
A Chow Chow would be accepted. Just as long as it doesn't grow to the size of a Cow Cow.
