Fun in off season to watch the sunset. I NEVER go in season because of what they charge to park my car.

Simply a great place

This is a park where you want to have a picnic out doors in a calm summer evening. The view is so calming. The blue water with hundreds of boats floating at a distance.

Parking is free. Always has been. None residents can also park for free. Can not leave cars over night. Park is open to anyone who wants to go...a fee would be required if taking the tour.
As of last Saturday (7/31/21) there were signs posted saying Town Residents only and there were also town employees confirming that. So yeah, it would be nice if Google let us advise people of this restriction.
Yes, if you're tired of waste of a resident, if you're not you have to pay a premium that is so all the riffraff stays out of there
I am not a resident of that area, I went and no one approached me to tell me or ask me if I was a resident or to ask me to leave, at the entrance there is no one to prevent you from entering the park and from what I understand, it is a public and open place.
The park is fully open.
It's clearly posted no dogs allowed at the front entrance. Not sure how well its policed.
Yes
I just visited recently and found out that if you not resident of town of oysterbay they won't let you park (or won't let you come in (I am not sure about it) and they take 20bucks for parking
Town of oyster Bay residents only allowed currently during open hours, TOB beach sticker or pay for daily parking
Yes, most part of it is open to public. There is a small portion which is only for local residents.
Tell you the truth I haven't been on that side where the kids play. The west end side where they kayak has no swings.
When we visited we parked in the rain station. But we weren't allowed in because we weren't oyster Bay resudents
Yes , but they were Very Dirty . YESTERDAY !
Yes
I am not sure I don't work for them, you should call them to find out
I believe so, but you must be registered fishing license
Call, theres online, Sagamore hill and get all info
I've been going to this park for thirty years for free, and I've never been a resident.
No
Its always been free parking but if u go thru the booth u pay 20 but if u park outside by the railroad it's free and u walk into the beach
There is an area nearby that can be rented out for event parties but no more little grills.
By the book Dogs are not allowed It all depends on what constable is on duty while you're walking your dog If you go by the official rules no dogs are allowed in the park on a leash or off a leash If you get a decent constable going by while you're walking your dog he won't say anything if you get a let's just say not so decent constable he will say something
Sunrise to sunset
Dogs aren't allowed but people bring them anyway
